3. Journal Acceptance and Editorial Decisions
Research Publication Help does not control journal editors, peer reviewers, indexing databases or publication decisions.
All journal acceptance, rejection, revision, peer-review and publication decisions are made independently by the relevant journal, publisher, editor or reviewer.
We do not guarantee:
- Acceptance by any particular journal.
- Acceptance within a particular timeframe.
- Publication in Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, SCI, SCIE, Q1, Q2 or another index or ranking category.
- A particular editorial or peer-review result.
- A particular publication date.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information necessary for the requested service.
The client is also responsible for:
- Checking and approving final materials before journal submission.
- Ensuring that all authors have authorised submission where required.
- Providing accurate author, affiliation, funding and conflict-of-interest information.
- Ensuring they have the right to share any manuscript, data or supporting documents supplied to us.
- Reviewing journal policies and submission requirements.
- Disclosing relevant deadlines before work begins.
5. Research Integrity and Ethical Use
Services are intended to support legitimate academic and research publication activities.
Research Publication Help does not endorse or support:
- Fabrication or falsification of research data.
- Plagiarism.
- Fabricated authorship or contributor claims.
- False ethical approvals or research documentation.
- Misrepresentation of research findings.
- Attempts to improperly influence journal editors or reviewers.
Clients remain responsible for the academic integrity, accuracy and authenticity of their research.
6. Quotations and Payments
Any free assessment or initial discussion does not automatically create an obligation to purchase services.
Where paid work is recommended, the proposed scope, timeframe and price should be communicated before work begins.
Payment terms may vary according to the scope of the service and will be communicated to the client as part of the quotation or order confirmation.
7. Service and Publication Timelines
Any timeframe quoted by Research Publication Help relates only to work performed by us unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Journal review, editorial processing, peer review, indexing and publication timelines are controlled by third parties and cannot be guaranteed.
Service timelines may also be affected where the client provides incomplete information, delayed feedback or additional requirements after work has started.
8. Revisions and Additional Work
Revision support will depend on the agreed scope of the service.
New reviewer comments, major manuscript changes, a change of target journal, additional analyses or work outside the original agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require a new quotation.
9. Manuscripts, Documents and File Handling
Clients may provide manuscripts, reviewer reports, rejection letters and other files necessary for the requested service.
Clients confirm that they are authorised to provide these materials and that their use for the requested service does not violate any third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.
Research materials will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the service, work already completed, resources already allocated and any specific terms communicated when the order was confirmed.
A journal's decision to reject a manuscript, request revisions or delay publication does not by itself mean that publication-support services were not delivered and does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
11. Limitation of Liability
Research Publication Help aims to provide professional publication-support services, but cannot guarantee decisions or actions taken by independent journals, publishers, reviewers, indexing databases or other third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Research Publication Help will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from decisions made by independent third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Journals
The publication process may involve third-party websites and services, including journal submission systems, publishers, indexing databases, payment providers, email providers and communication services.
Those third parties operate independently and under their own terms, policies and technical requirements.
13. Privacy
Personal information and uploaded research materials are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
